This gladness transcends our circumstances. May you be glad on the same score, and rejoice with me!' (Phil 2:17-18)"

I've been sinking into a pit of self pity lately and I want OUT! Please pray for me.

"my sister was diagnosed with a serious cancer and
she has been going through chemo. Her first chemo set of treatments didn't
work and she has now gone to more experimental drugs.

I remembered over the weekend that when she was in treatment 10 years ago,
you had friends who have prayer chains. Do you still and if they do can you
please ask them to please add Janzie Cella to their list for a successful
treatment for her cancer."

Prayer Request

Please pray for my son Christian who will be having surgery next Tuesday (August 26th...two days before his fifth birthday) to remove his tonsils and adenoids. We have the pre-op appointment tomorrow afternoon. It's a simple surgery, but I'm getting a bit nervous anyway...so...some prayers for me would be appreciated also. Thanks.

"My Lay Carmelite Community will be having our yearly Feast Day Celebration where new aspirants are received and those who are ready to make a commitment are professed. I will be making final profession myself and would appreciate your prayers...for me, my family and my community. Also if you would like to stop by, the ceremony will be held at the St. Therese Carmelite Chapel at the North Shore Mall in Peabody(MA) at 10 AM on Sunday, July 20th.
